Quality Control :
There are 6 normal steps for QC control process:
1). All materials passed 100% IQC inspect
Before send materials to workshop and start to produce, our IQC technicians will inspect them.And only the materials are approved to send to workshop if they are qualified.
2). We will do pre-production before bulk order to see the problem and solve them at the beginning.
3). QC will inspect each product during production.
4). Each production line team will be in charge of by a professional QC
5). Double test after production. All machine will be charged to play video for 24 hours for 7 days.
6). Environment high temperature testing
